The Orange Unified School District Board of Education met November 14, 2024. Trustees appointed an interim superintendent, voted to rescind board policy BP 5020.2 (parent notification) consistent with state law, approved formation of a 7-11 advisory committee to study surplus property (LaVita), and heard public comment on LMT reclassification, rising employee health-insurance costs, and a recent multi-day power outage at a high school.
