On Dec. 11 the Goshen Common Council held its regular meeting, heard a financial update and took first-reading action on a package of fee and rate ordinances (building and cemetery fees, park alcohol, water and sewer rates) and several budget appropriations. Council also amended its rules of order to clarify the deputy mayor’s role when presiding and approved next year’s meeting schedule.
