Phoenix Union High School District governing board held a special study session and regular meeting on Sept. 4, 2025, adopting amended 2025–26 board goals, reviewing interim monitoring plans, receiving a district student behavior and intervention report, receiving many public comments (notably on the land‑acknowledgment statement and campus safety), and approving budget‑committee priorities and an MOU for school‑based counseling services.
