The Bulverde Planning & Zoning Commission opened with invocation and approved minutes, then held public hearings and voted to recommend approval of two special-use permits for guest houses proposed by David Weekley Homes and to forward a variance request for pool decking fill to city council. Commissioners raised concerns about tree removal, septic placement and enforcement of rental restrictions.
