Poquoson Economic Development Authority convened for its February meeting to approve a consent agenda, hear an update that the wetlands delineation is delayed until spring/summer, and discuss possible comprehensive-plan language changes for the north side of Victory Boulevard affecting six EDA-owned parcels.
