Klamath County Board of Commissioners met in a work session Feb. 4, 2026, and approved reallocation of previously committed public-art funds to local bronze works, received a watermaster update on refuge transfers, stream restoration and winter regulation notices, and heard legislative priorities from water users and Sky Lakes Medical Center including a request for testimony on House Bill 4074.
