Middletown City Council met Feb. 3, 2026. Council held a public hearing on a major amendment to the Havenwood planned development, heard public comments about a downtown snow response, a nearby shooting, and a private-drive commercial-traffic complaint, received a first reading on bond anticipation notes for a land acquisition, approved the consent agenda, appointed Ova Wireman to the cemetery board, and moved into and out of executive session.
