The Department of Public Health MOLST Advisory Council discussed a DPH legislative proposal to add voluntary conservators to the definition of a legally authorized representative for executing MOLST forms; members debated clinical, statutory and probate implications and asked DPH to refine draft language and policies before the legislative session.
