Portage County Board of Commissioners conducted a routine business meeting that approved minutes, processed payments and budget amendments, authorized project agreements and bid specifications, accepted donations and equipment transfers, released performance bonds, and approved a job abolishment and layoff. Most items were approved by unanimous roll call with little extended discussion.
