The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Carmel met Feb. 4, 2026, approved a batch of contracts and amendments (including firefighter gear, medicals and IT renewals), heard multiple bid openings for road and crosswalk projects, approved several special-event street-use requests (including a contingent St. Patrick’s event detour), and adopted a resolution donating an explosives containment box to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
