City council workshop reviewed revisions to a proposed community services grant program for nonprofit organizations, agreed to align scoring with the hotel occupancy tax rubric, remove certain eligible categories, exclude library funding from the program, and schedule two May workshops to score applications and allocate dollars for FY 2026–27.
