At its November meeting, the Town of Clayton Planning Board heard a staff presentation and applicant testimony on a conditional rezoning (Winston Point Phase 3H) to change a church site to 87 attached residential units, debated traffic and infrastructure impacts, heard multiple public complaints about unfinished infrastructure in Winston Point, and voted to table the item so the applicant can address board concerns.
