The Hillcrest City Planning Commission met Feb. 2 and unanimously approved a minor amendment allowing a double drive‑through at 2915 Brittany Court and approved staff-recommended street addressing reserved for new structures in the City of Elkhart. The meeting also included procedural approvals and a training announcement.
