At its Dec. 12, 2024 meeting, the City of Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of a sign package for the new Findlay Hyundai at 1315 Auto Park Drive after requiring both monument signs be reduced to 22 feet and be turned off one hour after business close or by 10 p.m. Staff also previewed a January agenda that includes a general plan introduction and a rezoning at 500 Marina Street.
