Northlake Planning and Zoning Commission met to review recent plats, approve text amendments to the Unified Development Code on exterior design, landscaping and billboard placement, and opened a public hearing on a proposed rezoning of rural residential parcels larger than 20 acres to an agricultural district; the rezoning hearing was continued to Dec. 9 after public comment.
