Bullhead City Council interviewed 10 applicants on July 8, 2025 to fill the vacancy left by Steve D'Amico and appointed Pamela (Pam) Smith to complete the remainder of the term; council followed a paper-ballot process and will swear in the new member July 15. Candidates emphasized water and utility management, traffic, public safety, homelessness, economic development and youth services during five-minute statements and follow-up questions.
