Dr. Doug Moore, introduced as the associate pastor at Emerald Coast Fellowship, gave the opening prayer (asked for wisdom and unified decisions). City Attorney Nevan Zimmerman led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Panama City Community Redevelopment Agency met on 2026-02-03 to approve minutes and several agreements, hear public comments about park projects, transfer $46,300.36 to SHIP for acquisition of 1310 Lincoln Ave., approve World Changers MOUs, and debate (then table) a $400,000 MOU with the Boys & Girls Club for Millville programming. Board members also directed staff to outreach on Brownfields environmental assessments for private property owners and received the FY2025 annual report and FY2026 project updates.
