The Ocala Historic Preservation Board reviewed and approved Certificate of Appropriateness COA 25-0045 for 721 NE 2nd Street with a requirement to replace the proposed wave-pattern front railing with traditional pickets; the board also approved minutes, re-elected the chair, confirmed a vice chair, and adjourned.
