The City of Palm Coast Code Enforcement Board met on Jan. 7, 2026, and heard more than 60 cases ranging from parking and short-term rental registration to nuisance and repeat violations. The board approved staff recommendations in the vast majority of matters, including several continuing fines, a few waivers or reductions when respondents showed compliance or mitigating circumstances, and the election of Dean Roberts as chair.
