The Pearland Planning & Zoning Commission on Feb. 2 approved two conditional use permits: an accessory dwelling unit at 2301 Dublin Circle (4–2) and a specialty auto-repair use at 2418 Main Street (6–0); staff recommended both and there were no public comments.
