The Utah Senate Revenue & Taxation Committee met Feb. 5, 2026 in Senate 210 to consider a package of revenue and administrative bills, including online age-verification tax and enforcement (SB 73), property-tax process changes (SB 236, SB 238), several house bills on licensing and data sharing, driver license/motor vehicle consolidation (SB 237), and a proposal to create three-judge panels for certain constitutional challenges (HB 392).
