North Miami City Commission held its Jan. 6 meeting where commissioners added and passed a TPS-resolution add-on, approved a package of procurement and professional-service contracts, ratified an emergency pipeline procurement, approved multiple vehicle and equipment purchases, voted to sell a small alley segment to a private owner, approved a residential site-plan, and considered two ordinances on recognitions and the community relations board.
