The Lewisville City Council held a special meeting January 30, 2026 to approve sublease agreements with Suntex Marinas enabling redevelopment of Eagle Point Marina on Lewisville Lake; the council voted unanimously to authorize the city manager to execute the agreements after a presentation from Suntex and a brief question-and-answer period.
