Henderson County Commissioners Court received a delinquent tax collections briefing, authorized resale of four bid-in-trust properties, approved the 2026 investment policy, several interlocal agreements and contracts, amended a road-crew position, released a construction bond and began a 24-month maintenance bond for a new subdivision, and approved multiple sets of bills and payroll distributions.
