The Star City Council held a regular meeting Dec. 2, 2025, that included a public hearing on a proposed modification to the Red Barn Inn development agreement (tabled to Jan. 20), tabling of the capital improvement plan/impact-fee hearings and related ordinances to Dec. 16, acceptance of certified election canvass results, and approval of a guaranteed maximum price and contract signature for the new events center.
