Trustees of Sumner County met Feb. 5 and spent the bulk of discussion on payroll processing problems, holdback timing and required corrections from departments; the board also accepted a finance report, moved the trustees’ report to the top of the agenda and agreed to remove the scheduled “penny” discussion pending review by CTAS.
