Willows City Planning Commission held a special meeting on Jan. 21, 2026. The commission elected a new chair and vice chair, approved a final wayfinding sign design by consensus, and staff updated the commission on development items, an abandoned-vehicle reimbursement fund and an upcoming conditional-use permit for a used-car dealership.
