Key topics included the fiscal 2027 allowances and deficiencies, MDH closeout/audit issues and Deloitte contract work, a $168 million rural health transformation grant, cigarette restitution fund (CRF) timing and BRFAA contingencies, and the SOAR consolidation in Aging.
