The House Privileges and Elections Committee reviewed and advanced multiple elections-related bills, including measures on voter identification badges, provisional ballot curing, the National Popular Vote compact, restoration of voting rights for people released from incarceration, and revisions to the Voting Rights Act. Several bills passed by voice or recorded votes and some were continued for further work.
