The Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority board met to approve routine procurement items, several sole-source and RFP authorizations, change orders for ongoing construction at the South May/Embark administration building, a parking lease for Thunder games, and to receive financial and program reports including ridership upticks. Board members also struck the proposed 2026 meeting schedule and adjourned.
