The 9-1-1 Services Enterprise Board met Feb. 4 to add public and board comment to the agenda, approve prior minutes, review a proposed records-retention policy (discussing DORA’s role and who should be custodian), and begin planning a funding application process using Google Forms and a shared email. Staff were tasked with follow-ups for retention details, shared drive access, and a draft application form.
