The City of Waupaca Common Council met Feb. 3, 2026, approved routine business including a consent agenda, operator licenses and an ordinance updating the city electrician/commercial electrical inspection code to align with state law, and then voted to enter closed session to review the city administrator. A resident, Sue Abrahamson, urged council and community leaders to attend a poverty-simulation event on March 1.
