Bettendorf City leaders discussed an upcoming general obligation bond sale to fund capital projects including street work and a police station, heard and approved several ordinances (29th Street reconstruction, a new yield intersection, and a sewer-line repair rule), and unanimously approved the consent agenda that included the Pigeon Creek project contingency and sewer-fund items.
