Chair David Faust called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., welcomed attendees and asked the clerk (Valencia) to conduct roll call; several commissioners announced present and Commissioner Tremblay was noted absent.
The City of Menifee Parks, Recreation and Trails Commission met to recognize employees of the quarter, review required updates to the general plan open space and conservation element to comply with SB 1425, accept public comment on trail amenities, approve Quimby parkland dedication fee assessments for two housing developments, receive a quarterly capital improvement program update, and hear Community Services Director budget and program updates. Commissioners unanimously approved minutes, consent items, chair/vice-chair appointments, and both Quimby assessments.
