The San Francisco Board of Supervisors Budget and Finance Committee met Jan. 28, 2026 and voted to forward a package of resolutions and ordinances (items 1–12) to the full Board with positive recommendations, including grants for housing and parks, amendments to public health and towing contracts, a waterfront resilience services contract, an emergency Port declaration for Pier 68, and a downtown revitalization financing plan.
