At a North Providence School Committee meeting, members approved routine items, recognized two schools for Rhode Island’s Green Ribbon award and the high school girls soccer team for the Gianna Cirillo sportsmanship award, approved a student survey and preschool tuition increase, renewed service contracts, and heard a presentation on the proposed FY27 operating budget that the district says is structurally underfunded.
