Meeting called to order and opened with an invocation by Reverend Don Reynolds of Calvary Baptist Church, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Commissioners and staff were welcomed and meeting housekeeping announced.
Caroline County Commissioners met Jan. 13, 2026. They issued a proclamation for Human Trafficking Awareness Month, held a second reading and public hearing on a commissioners' compensation bill (no public commenters), approved the consent agenda (including a community solar project at Hobbs Road landfill), discussed facility HVAC repairs and a draft county fire-prevention/burning-ban code, heard a public request to close Gooden Road, and then convened a closed session on personnel.
