Bellevue Planning Commission voted to approve a rezoning and preliminary plat (case Z-2510-09/SD-2510-20) to allow a 38-unit, mixed-income senior apartment building on a vacant parcel at the northwest corner of South 36th Street and Granada Parkway; the approval moves the item to a city council public hearing on Feb. 17, 2026. Public testimony raised driveway and emergency-access concerns, which staff said Public Works will address.
