Draper City Council held a combined study session and regular meeting that reviewed a proposed station-area master concept (city and UTA properties), discussed possible short-term rental regulations, heard public comments requesting a neighborhood dog park, swore in new and promoted police officers, and approved routine consent items including the appointment of a city recorder and a single-event alcohol permit for a Feb. 14 aquarium event.
