Martin's Additions village council discussed a county zoning text amendment called "Housing Now," resident infrastructure concerns and ambiguities in eligibility, a long debate over creating a moderated community listserv and whether the village should fund it, updates on parking enforcement authority and a major Brookville Road sidewalk project. Several citizen comments and committee reports were also heard.
