The Martin's Additions Village Council met July 17 to organize the new council, review county and state housing changes (including a county zoning text amendment that would allow more multifamily units on single-family lots), hear a resident proposal for a $2,500 homeowner solar grant pilot, discuss committee reauthorizations (including an antisemitism task force and a water committee), and approve a traffic study and other routine items.
