At a South Orangetown Central School District board meeting, trustees approved the consent agenda, heard the superintendent's report highlighting student athletic and academic achievements and district programs, learned there will be a special election for a vacant board seat on Dec. 16, and heard an administrative appointment announcement for an assistant director of facilities.
