Cochise County Board of Supervisors met Feb. 10 in Bisbee and approved multiple school-related contracts and grants, intergovernmental election agreements, a parking-lot construction contract and a contingency fund transfer to raise the county attorney's civil chief pay; supervisors also reviewed several state legislative proposals affecting county revenues and pensions.
