Shenandoah City Council met Oct. 8, 2025. The council honored two police promotions, approved purchases of new body armor from the equipment replacement fund, nominated Joe Summerlin to the Montgomery Central Appraisal District board, approved a settlement with Kathy Ryar, and appointed Joseph Peart as interim city administrator. The meeting recessed for an executive session under Texas Government Code 551.074 and adjourned at 6:32 p.m.
