The West Swanzey Zoning Board of Adjustment unanimously granted a special exception for a 3,360-square-foot accessory building at 100 Holbrook Avenue after concluding it is a residential storage use for the applicant's antique vehicles and poses no regional impact. The board also discussed rules of procedure, alternate appointments, application fees and an upcoming ordinance audit by the Southwest Regional Planning Commission.
