The Nashua Zoning Board of Adjustment approved a special exception allowing the city to install a temporary water line through a wetland buffer to serve a proposed fire training facility, and also approved a private variance for a detached garage and a commercial special exception for a parking expansion. Several neighbors strongly opposed the waterline plan over concerns about tree removal, vernal pools, and a potential future road.
