The City of Cape Coral hearing examiner held three cases on Feb. 10, 2026: a rezoning case (RZN24-000014) was continued for lack of an applicant; a rezoning request for 124 Cape Coral Parkway West (RZN25-000006) received a favorable staff finding and the examiner said he would recommend approval to city council; and a special-exception request (SPEX25-000002) for a trailer repair and related flex space on Pine Island Road was granted with conditions, including a limit on indoor repair operations and hours for the repair building.
