Ottawa County Finance Administration Committee met Feb. 10, 2026. Members welcomed new deputy county administrator Brian Desette, approved routine consent items and several motions (including forwarding a Pine Rest EAP contract addendum and acceptance of a $246,000 Consumers Energy utility-assistance grant), reviewed budget adjustments tied to a proposed materials-fee (tipping fee) ordinance, heard a treasury report, and received public comment about the countys authority to set tipping fees.
