Oshkosh City Council approved a $47.63 million contract for a multi-year water filtration clear-wells replacement project, approved professional services with Jacobs Engineering, authorized multiple land-use and licensing actions including approvals for a new Valley Christian School site, and voted to enter closed session to discuss property negotiations and a memorandum of understanding with the Grand Opera House.
