A legislative committee reviewed three Department of Human Services rules: Medicaid reimbursement for psychiatric units in rehabilitative hospitals; participation in a cell and gene therapy value‑based payment model for sickle cell treatment; and an exemption from the federal recovery audit contractor requirement. Members asked technical questions; no objections were raised and each rule was reviewed without objection.
